 We provide services throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.  We have converted over 6 million pieces of customer feedback into information our clients have used to measure and improve customer service and satisfaction.

We recognize that our evaluators are our most valuable resource.  We invest heavily in this asset to ensure that we are able to deliver complete, accurate and actionable results to our clients.  We currently have close to 100,000 evaluators in our network.  We take our time to get to know our evaluators before we send them on any assignments.  We make sure they have the skills and tools required for your project, and that there is no existing bias.  All evaluators must pass a rigorous qualification process before they can work for us.
